About Amanda
Hi! I’m Amanda, a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food and achieve sustainable, realistic results. I have worked overseas with people of many different cultural backgrounds and dietary needs. Along with 6 years working with prenatal, postnatal and child nutrition.
Approach to care
I specialize in turning complex nutrition science into personalized, practical strategies that fit your real life—not the other way around. Over the past decade and a half, I’ve worked with clients from all backgrounds, including those looking to improve their energy, manage chronic conditions, break free from dieting cycles, or simply feel better in their own bodies. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and entirely tailored to you. I believe nutrition should be empowering, enjoyable, and deeply supportive of your long-term goals. Whether you’re ready to transform your eating habits, need expert guidance on managing a health condition, or want a trusted professional to help you navigate nutrition with confidence, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s work together to create a healthier, more balanced version of you—one meal, one habit, and one win at a time. I have also specialized in fertility, prenatal and postnatal nutrition for women.
Your first session with Amanda
In our first session you can expect us to talk about your goals, concerns, and overall lifestyle. Nutrition is not one size fits all, so getting to know your needs and health concerns is number one. Following that we will start to explore more concrete solutions and goals to help you wherever you are on your health journey.
