About Amanda
Hi, I’m Amanda — a Registered Dietitian committed to helping people build sustainable habits and feel their best through balanced, realistic nutrition. My experience includes general healthy eating, heart disease, vegan and vegetarian nutrition, pediatric nutrition, and sports and exercise nutrition. I’m especially passionate about helping people develop a healthier relationship with food while working toward achievable health and wellness goals.
Approach to care
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be restrictive or complicated, nor is it one-size-fits-all. I focus on small, personalized, sustainable changes that lead to meaningful progress over time. In our sessions, my role is to provide evidence-based information, practical strategies, and supportive accountability so you feel confident applying what you learn.
Your first session with Amanda
My goal for the first session is to better understand the what and why behind your goals. I’ll take time to learn about your daily routine, medical history, and past and current eating and exercise patterns. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and discuss realistic next steps. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what our follow-up care will look like as we begin a collaborative path toward your goals.
