About Amanda
I am passionate about helping patients be the healthiest version of themselves. I am a Registered Dietitian with a specialty in GI but I also am a certified, license personal trainer with a passion for helping people reach general wellness goals. I struggled with my weight my entire life and learned health is not solely determined by weight.
Approach to care
I develop rapport with my clients to meet where they are at. Some clients may need more encouragement, some more tough love, and some just a bit of advice along the way. I have an open approach and take a look at one's whole lifestyle instead of just what's going onto their plate.
Your first session with Amanda
The first session is getting to know you - what inspires you, what motivates you, what challenges do you have and determining what has brought you success or failure in the past. I like to get a picture of the entire lifestyle to understand each person and meet where they are.
