About Amanda

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), a girl who LOVES pizza and mac and cheese. She is originally from New York and is currently based out of Sarasota, Florida. Amanda has over 10 years of experience in the field of dietetics, focusing on sustainable weight management. She herself has successfully lost 50+ pounds and is passionate about helping individuals manage weight and turn life's never ending to-do list into a healthy, supportive tool; a tool that creates a healthier and more balanced lifestyle for the long-haul—no burn out included.

Approach to care

Amanda believe's that all foods fit into a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle. You deserve to feel confident in your skin and empowered in your food choices so you can feel energized living life to the fullest. Amanda's approach to nutrition & lifestyle intervention is similar to planning a wedding: client-centered & highly individualized. But no stress here- she keeps it very simple because she understands you’ve got enough life you’re juggling already!

Your first session with Amanda

Amanda utilizes what she calls The Pizza Pie Analysis, a unique and thorough nutrition assessment that not only includes discussion about your medical history, medications/supplements you're currently taking, and other approaches you’ve tried in the past, but also includes getting to know what in life lights you up! During your first appointment, Amanda will help you identify your root causes, so you can immediately begin your work together and bypass all the guesswork! Because who has time for that?! And together, you will create a list of actionable steps to complete daily to help you meet your health and wellness goals.
