About Amanda

Hi! I'm Amanda, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma and have worked in hospitals and clinics across Oklahoma, Missouri, and Illinois. In 2019 I started my own private practice, where I see patients in person as well as virtually. I also contract with several clinics, med spas, and a professional ballet company to improve the health and wellness for clients and employees. I specialize in weight loss and gut health, with a focus on IBS. I completed training through Monash University for IBS and the low FODMAP diet. I am the mom of 2 boys and 2 cats.

Approach to care

I take a holistic and individualized approach with my clients. I look at the whole person and work with their lifestyle to come up with a plan to meet their health and wellness goals. I provide education to help clients understand everything they need to know regarding their health and approaches to help them reach their goals.

I want to know more about you! Understanding your medical history, social history, likes, dislikes, schedule, etc are all important in creating a plan that works best to fit your needs. I will provide education regarding your health concerns and tailor steps to meet your goals according to your lifestyle.
