About Amanda

Hi, I’m Amanda. I earned my Bachelors in Nutritional Science and Dietetics from Texas Tech and completed my post-graduate internship at Baylor Scott & White. Over seven years as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve worked in clinical hospital settings and in private practice here in Denver, Colorado. I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and hold credentials as an RDN and RD. When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll find me baking, hiking, skiing, or cooking a new recipe with my fiancĆ© while our two pups keep us company.

Approach to care

My care philosophy centers on collaboration, evidence, and sustainable change. I blend science with empathy, meeting you where you are and building a plan that fits your life, not the other way around. I’ll explain the why behind recommendations, and we’ll translate science into practical steps you can actually do. I practice a holistic, weight-neutral approach that honors HAES principles and focuses on long-term habits rather than quick fixes. Education is a core value; my goal is to empower you with understanding and confidence so you can make informed choices.

Your first session with Amanda

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll start by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or recent biometrics, then take a deep dive into your relationship with food and your daily routines. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; we’ll explore what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what matters most to you. By the end, we’ll establish one or two realistic short-term goals and lay out a clear path for our next steps, together.
