About Amanda
My name is Amanda and I am a Registered Dietitian. I have been working with clients for over 10 years helping them to make sustainable changes to feel their best. I specialize in helping clients feel in control around food, quiet the food noise, and have a healthy relationship with food whether they're working towards weight loss, safer blood sugars, or working towards a general healthier lifestyle. I can't wait to work with you!
Approach to care
My priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I meet all of my clients where they are on their individual health journey and let them lead what they feel ready to start working on. We work together as a team to make small changes that add up to life-long habits.
Your first session with Amanda
During our first session my goal is to get to know more about you-I will ask some health and nutrition related questions but I also want to know you as a person. What do you fill your time with, what do you enjoy doing, why are these changes important to you right now. You are more than what you eat and seeing the whole picture helps me understand how to best help you. We'll spend time at the end of our session outlining a plan so you know what to expect as we continue to work together.
