My approach involves careful and empathetic listening. I take into consideration your preferences and values. I enjoy respectfully collaborating with you and any additional treatment team providers you are working with in order to achieve your goals. By listening to your questions and concerns I will be able to provide you with safe and effective nutrition guidance. I offer accountability and support along the way.

In our first session I'll want to understand how I can help you. I'll get to know you, your current lifestyle/dietary history and what your goals are. Before the conclusion of our session we'll select a follow-up schedule that is convenient for you.
