About Amanda
Hi! My name is Amanda. I’m a Registered Dietitian with 5 years of experience—and I’ve loved every step of the journey. I started my career in the hospital setting, where I gained hands-on experience with a wide range of nutrition needs, from diabetes and heart health to kidney care and IDDSI diets. Along the way, I learned that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all. It can feel overwhelming, but that’s where I come in. I’m here to help you navigate the noise, create a plan that fits your life, and support you every step of the way. I can’t wait to work together and help you reach your goals!
Approach to care
I take a patient-centered approach to nutrition, focusing on your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s realistic, supportive, and built around what works best for you. Your journey is personal—and so is my care.
Your first session with Amanda
During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know you—your health history, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you’ve faced. We’ll discuss your current eating habits, medical needs, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized nutrition plan that fits your life, not the other way around. You'll leave with a clear next step and a supportive partner in your journey toward better health.
