About Amanda

Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm a Registered Dietitian with five years of experience, and I earned my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University. I've spent time in clinical and hospital settings, helping people translate science into real-life meals and routines. I'm certified as both an RD and LD, and I bring a calm, evidence-based approach to coaching. When I'm not helping patients, you'll likely find me in the kitchen testing new recipes, baking with friends, reading, or taking walks with my dog. I'm excited to learn about you, and I'm glad we're starting this together.

Your first session with Amanda

Our first visit is all about you. We'll review your medical history, talk about your relationship with food, daily routines, and what you hope to change. Remember, you don't need to have it all figured out yet. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and focus on 1-2 short-term goals to start. Think of it as a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll share what I notice and together we'll decide on clear next steps that fit your life, preferences, and schedule. You will leave with a plan and a sense of direction.
