About Amber
Hi, I’m Amber, a functional dietitian with a passion for helping individuals and families uncover the root causes behind their health concerns and create meaningful, sustainable change. I specialize in longevity health, digestive issues, inflammation, hormone health, food sensitivities, and complex pediatric conditions like PANS/MCAS. As someone who has personally navigated mold illness (CIRS), MCAS, and PANS, I understand how frustrating it can be to feel unheard or to have symptoms dismissed. My goal is to provide both clarity and compassion as we work together to support your body and restore balance.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in functional and integrative nutrition—meaning I look beyond surface symptoms to understand how your unique body systems are working together (or not). I use evidence-based strategies combined with a whole-person lens, taking into account your lifestyle, environment, stress, and preferences. Food is never just food—it's connection, healing, and power. I don’t believe in restrictive or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I help clients build practical, realistic nutrition habits that support their goals, while honoring the body’s cues and needs. Whether you’re managing chronic symptoms, navigating food intolerances, or simply seeking to feel your best, we’ll create a plan that feels doable, supportive, and empowering.
Your first session with Amber
During our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you. We’ll dive into your health history, current symptoms, eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll ask questions to understand the big picture—and the small details—so we can start identifying patterns, root causes, and potential areas of support. You’ll walk away with initial recommendations tailored to your needs, as well as a roadmap for our work together. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported from day one.
