About Amber
Hi, I’m Amber, a registered dietitian who helps people feel better through simple, realistic nutrition support—without extremes, overwhelm, or rigid rules. I work with adults and families who want to improve their digestion, energy, inflammation, hormone balance, and overall health, or who are simply tired of feeling “off” and want guidance that actually fits real life. Many of my clients come to me feeling confused by conflicting nutrition advice, frustrated by lingering symptoms, or unsure where to start...and they’re looking for clarity, structure, and support.
Approach to care
My approach is functional and integrative, which means I look at the whole picture, including food, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and daily habits, rather than focusing on calories or quick fixes. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or unnecessary restriction. Instead, we work together to build sustainable nutrition habits that support your goals while still allowing flexibility and enjoyment.
Your first session with Amber
In our first session, we’ll talk through your health history, current concerns, eating patterns, and goals. From there, I’ll help you identify practical next steps and create a clear plan that feels doable and supportive, not overwhelming. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to focus on and why.
