About Amber
Hi, I’m Amber Brown, a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience helping people build a healthier relationship with food. I live in Utah and have always valued an active, healthy lifestyle, but I also know that nutrition can feel overwhelming. That’s why I focus on helping you trust your body, enjoy food without guilt, and make choices that support your long-term health in a way that feels sustainable. I specialize in women’s health, including fertility, endometriosis, and maternal and child nutrition. Whether you're trying to conceive, managing symptoms of endometriosis, or navigating pregnancy and postpartum, I provide science-based guidance tailored to your unique needs.
Approach to care
My approach to care is centered around intuitive eating and fostering a positive relationship with food - without strict rules or fad diets. My goal is to meet you where you are, provide practical advice, and support you in creating sustainable habits that fit your life. I'm here to help you feel confident in your food choices, improve your overall well-being, and take the stress out of nutrition!"
Your first session with Amber
In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other in a supportive, judgment-free space. We’ll explore your history with food, eating habits, and any past experiences with diets or nutrition programs. I’ll also learn about your current lifestyle, health concerns, and personal goals. Together, we’ll discuss your relationship with food, any challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to achieve. From there, we’ll set personalized, realistic goals that align with your needs and values, focusing on sustainable, long-term changes. By the end of our session, you’ll have a clear direction and a plan to move forward with confidence.
