Registered and Licensed Dietitian with 10+ years of experience in clinical, community, and corporate nutrition. I earned my degree in dietetics from the University of Arkansas, completed my internship through Marywood University, and hold a Master of Jurisprudence in Global Food Law from Michigan State University. My journey is personalâI struggled with an eating disorder in my teens and, years later, after having three children and experiencing postpartum depression during COVID, had to rebuild my health. Through that process, I lost over 100 lbs, regained my confidence, and learned how to care for myself in a sustainable, grace-filled way. As a working professional, wife, and mom of three, I understand how challenging it can be to balance it all. Iâm passionate about helping others build realistic, sustainable habits that fit into everyday life. My Christian faith guides my approach, rooted in encouragement, grace, and whole-person wellness.
