About Amber
Amber is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 25 years of clinical and community experience. She is passionate about supporting her clients through individualized, evidence-based nutrition care that promotes health, independence, and quality of life.
Approach to care
My approach to care is compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental. I meet clients where they are and focus on progress rather than perfection. By combining clinical expertise with clear communication, I help individuals and caregivers navigate nutrition needs in a way that feels manageable, empowering, and respectful.
Your first session with Amber
Your first session is held via a secure telehealth platform and is designed to feel comfortable, supportive, and collaborative. We will spend time discussing your health history, current concerns, eating routines, and goals—all from the convenience of your home. You do not need to prepare anything special for this visit. If you have recent labs, medical information, or questions you’d like to discuss, you are welcome to share them. Together, we will develop practical nutrition strategies and outline clear next steps moving forward.
