About Amber
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition, passionate about helping individuals find peace with food and build a balanced, nourishing relationship with their bodies. My approach is supportive, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based nutrition, meeting clients where they are on their journey.
Approach to care
I take a client-centered, weight-neutral, HAES-aligned approach grounded in science and compassion. Care is collaborative and individualized, honoring each client’s lived experience while supporting health-promoting behaviors without a focus on weight.
Your first session with Amber
Your first session is a supportive, non-judgmental space to get to know you and your relationship with food, body, and health. We’ll discuss your goals, history, and current challenges, and begin identifying what support looks like for you. Our work will center on understanding your needs and creating a path forward that feels realistic and aligned with your values and goals.
