About Amber
Hi, I'm Amber, a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition should be sustainable. I use evidence-based, lifestyle-focused nutrition to help people build habits that support long-term health, not quick fixes. When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me cooking, gardening, exercising, and spending time with my family.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition. I believe lasting-change comes from understanding your unique needs, honoring your lifestyle, and building habits that feel doable, not restrictive. I focus on personalized guidance because everyone is unique. Your care is tailored to your goals, preferences, medical needs, and real-life routines.
Your first session with Amber
Your first session with me is all about getting to know you! We will discuss your goals, your lifestyle, and what a healthier future looks like in your real life. I create a comfortable, judgement free space where you can share openly so we can build a plan that truly fits.
