About Amna
Amna is a registered dietitian who obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wofford College and earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Illinois at Chicago. Amna also has some training in integrative and functional nutrition. Amna has a passion for working with patients with a variety of backgrounds. Her goal is to empower and educate her patients to make realistic and sustainable changes so that they can build a healthier lifestyle and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Approach to care
Amna understands that nutrition, health, and wellbeing can all be complex but very much individualized; whether someone wants to prevent recurrent kidney stones, improve their blood sugars, or address gastro-intestinal distress, Amna works with each client to navigate their condition in a way that can be realistic and sustainable.
