Your first session with Amruta

In your first session, we'll take the time to get to know each other. I’ll start by learning about your health history, lifestyle, and any specific fitness or weight management goals you have. Together, we’ll discuss your eating habits, challenges, and what’s working (or not working) for you right now. I’ll also ask about your current fitness routine, any food sensitivities or preferences, and what’s important to you in terms of diet and lifestyle. Based on what we discuss, I’ll guide you through how we can set realistic, sustainable goals that align with your unique needs. You’ll leave the session with a clear understanding of the next steps, a personalized action plan to get started, and a better sense of how we can work together to make lasting changes. Don’t worry—no extreme diets or unrealistic expectations here! I’m here to empower you with the tools and knowledge to create healthy habits that fit your life."
