About Amy

Everyone’s health journey is unique, and Amy is passionate about meeting each client exactly where they are! With years of experience working with individuals managing weight, Prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, gut health and high blood pressure, Amy specializes in helping clients use whole foods to balance blood sugar, improve energy, support digestion, and foster a healthy relationship with food. Amy holds a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Colorado and is a Licensed Registered Dietitian. She is currently completing certification through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy (IFNA) to deepen her root-cause, whole-body functional nutrition approach.

Approach to care

Amy’s philosophy is grounded in the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health. Her approach combines functional nutrition, a “food as medicine” mindset, and personalized care plans that integrate lifestyle pillars such as stress, sleep, movement, and mindset. She encourages abundance over restriction and supports clients in building sustainable habits that bring joy back into nourishing their bodies. She also has a talent for breaking down complex science into simple, easy-to-understand concepts, making it easier for clients to apply practical strategies in their day-to-day lives. While understanding calories and macronutrients can be helpful, Amy prioritizes intuitive, whole-food-based strategies to help clients create long-lasting change—without rigid rules or diets.
