About Amy
Hi, I'm Amy! I've been a dietitian for a few years, and when I'm not working one-on-one with individuals, I'm developing evidence-based content for media outlets and health startups. I enjoy working with individuals to explore their relationship with food and develop balanced, healthy eating habits. I can't wait to work together!
Approach to care
I take an addition approach to nutrition and focus on helping you build balanced habits that fit your lifestyle, whether your goals are weight management, better energy, managing chronic conditions, general health, or sports. My approach is science-backed, judgment-free and personalized, so you can feel confident making choices that work for you long term.
Your first session with Amy
In our first session, we'll get to know each other more. We'll discuss your health history, reason for seeking nutrition support, goals, and expectations. Then, we'll start making a plan to help achieve your goals. I value open communication and encourage you to ask questions.
