About Amy
Amy has over 10 years of experience as a dietitian empowering people to reach their health goals. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals and retail. She believes that there is not one definition of health and takes the time to understand her patients.
Approach to care
Amy takes a non-judgmental approach in helping her patients discover their best path forward. A creative problem solver, she works with her patients to create personalized plans that work with their lifestyle. She loves to cook, but understands that not everyone does. A firm believer that there are no “good” or “bad” foods, she enjoys educating patients about shopping, reading labels, and meal planning, all while incorporating their favorite foods.
