I am Amy Dickerson, a Registered Dietitian bringing a strong foundation from my experience in inpatient hospital care to my part-time work with Nourish. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Sensory Sciences from Kansas State University. I specialize in nutrition for disease prevention, heart health, and longevity, driven by a passion for the body's natural capacity to heal.

While I incorporate expertise in plant-based eating, you absolutely do not have to eat plant-based for me to help you! We'll start with a relaxed conversation where I want to learn all about you, your interests, and your unique experiences. Then, we'll dive into a Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment to cover your medical history and lifestyle. This crucial step ensures I can create a personalized plan to address your unique health concerns and guide you toward achieving your best health. Together, we’ll establish achievable short-term and long-term goals, and you'll walk away with your first actionable recommendations right away. Finally, because consistent support is key to creating sustainable change, we’ll wrap up by setting up your weekly follow-up sessions. I look forward to starting this journey with you!
