About Amy
I have loved helping people improve their relationship with food for the past 15 years. I am comfortable working in a group and individual setting with a variety of nutritional needs including pre- and post-natal nutrition, eating disorders, weight management, food allergies, and general nutrition. My goal is to help my clients manage their health and find a foster a healthy relationship with food.
Approach to care
Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. We will work together to determine and realize your nutritional goals while providing you with tools to deal with any set-backs. I believe in evidence-based techniques, mindful eating, that all foods fit in moderation, and that every small change is worth celebrating!
Your first session with Amy
We will talk all about you- your nutrition goals, health history, current nutrition habits. This will provide the basis of our work together so we can move on to small, acheivable goals adding up to you being able to confidently manage your health in the long-term.
