About Amy
As a busy mom and business owner, I need solutions that work. Whether it's cleaning my home, cooking a meal, booking travel to see family or balancing my weight. I love food and the relationship I have with food. I want to share this passion with those that I meet. I've worked in a variety of healthcare settings from large medical center hospitals, small outpatient nutrition centers, private universities and employee health wellness centers. Each environment has allowed me to foster new skills to help patients become the best version of themselves.
Approach to care
My wellness approach is patient centered. I want to share my expertise in food and nutrition; but then let YOU decide what behavior changes you are ready to embrace. Through continued accountability and nutrition education, I'm confident we will have success in overcoming previous obstacles.
Your first session with Amy
In your first visit, I want to understand what you have tried in the past for your health journey? Did you have any success? What are your goals for managing your health and how motivated are you to making those changes? Finally, we'll discuss some of the basic behavior changes that can lead to LONGTERM success. In other words, what does a lifetime approach to managing your health look like with me.
