“My whole approach to healthy eating has changed since I have started working with Amy. She is extremely knowledgeable and has worked with me closely to develop a plan that fits my busy lifestyle. Amy is always available to answer any questions I may have and goes above and beyond to get me any information needed. I am officially down 13 pounds and I owe it to Amy. We have become friends and I look forward to continuing to work together to reach my goals.“

About Amy
Hello there! I’m Amy Moon Lancaster, and I’ve been in the healthcare industry for 26 years, both in acute and long-term care settings. This experience has given me a great understanding of how nutrition affects people at different stages of their health and healing journey. I was born and raised in Texas, and I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse group of people, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds. For 15 years, I worked at a Level 1 Trauma Center, where I addressed various nutrition-related concerns. I spent over a decade working on their cardiac therapy program, served on transplant committees, collaborated when bariatric surgery became more common, and participated in numerous interdisciplinary teams. When I moved to long-term care, I had the opportunity to work closely with doctors and nurses, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, to provide the best care possible for our residents and their families.
Approach to care
My approach to care is being very REAL. I don't want to just give you a meal plan and a few handouts and wish you the best. I want to work with you towards creating and achieving your goals. I enjoy keeping the conversation light hearted and love incorporating humor into our sessions when appropriate. Let's be real, nobody needs more lectures, lets make this a team effort and collaborate together on what works best for you and your lifestyle today!
Your first session with Amy
Every person is unique, and I take the time to listen to your story, understand your goals and tailor recommendations that work for your lifestyle. Together, we'll build a plan that nourishes both your body and your confidence. The more we get to know each other the more I can customize your nutrition plan to fit your needs and your lifestyle.
