About Amy
My main focus is to help people understand the importance of a healthy, balanced meal plan to create a healthy, strong body and also how they can change their lifestyle to become more healthy, focused and successful. I have over 25 years of clinical nutrition experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings including education of patients and families. I really enjoy nutritional counseling and meeting patients where they are to set realistic goals for success.
Approach to care
Utilize active listening, patient focused, motivational interviewing style for educational and behavior modification for patients to reach their goal outcomes.
