About Amy

My main focus is to help people understand the importance of a healthy, balanced eating to create a healthy, strong body and also how they can change their lifestyle to become more fit, focused and successful. I have over 25 years of clinical nutrition experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including education of patients and families. I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition at West Chester University while playing college field hockey and lacrosse. I really enjoy nutritional counseling and meeting patients where they are to set realistic goals for success. I understand managing family, health and life balance with 3 growing children and managing Full time and PT jobs. There is always some room to put yourself first to focus on nutrition, health and what matters to you. Let me help you succeed!
