About Amy

Amy’s diverse career background has given her the opportunity to work with a wide range of client populations and a variety of different diagnoses and patient goals. She has experience working in hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities and as a media liaison for a hospital nutrition department. In 2012, Amy started her private practice where she specialized in food sensitivity testing using the Mediator Release Test (MRT) and LEAP food elimination and reintroduction protocol. Amy genuinely loves helping people develop healthy habits that are realistic and sustainable. She wants to help you change your life for the better!

Your first session with Amy

Amy will begin with a comprehensive nutrition assessment. She will ask you about your medical history, current nutrition and lifestyle habits, goals and potential barriers to success. This will allow her to develop a nutrition plan catered specifically to you and your needs that will help you to achieve your unique nutrition goals.
