Your first session with Amy
Your first session is a great chance for Amy to hear the story of your health/food journey. Amy will also do a detailed assessment of your medical and nutritional history to gather the information needed to be able to strategize the best way forward. Towards the end of the session you will work together with Amy select some tangible actions steps you can begin taking right away. The session closes with making a plan for follow up appointments.
