About Amy
Hi! Iām a Registered Dietitian (RD) with 10 years of experience helping people of all ages and backgrounds make healthier food choices in everyday life. Iāve supported individuals in meeting their goals for weight management, diabetes, heart health, and general well-being, as well as worked with those managing food allergies like celiac disease, dairy, and nut allergies.
Approach to care
I believe that all foods can be part of a healthy diet. Thereās no āone-size-fits-allā when it comes to nutrition! Instead of focusing on what you canāt eat, I prefer to think about what foods we can add to your meals that will help you feel your best. My goal is to help you reach your health and wellness goals in a way that fits into your life, without making you feel restricted or overwhelmed.
Your first session with Amy
In our first meeting, Iāll ask about your eating habits, including what a typical day looks like and your food preferences. Weāll also discuss your health history, sleep, stress, hydration, and goals. Together, weāll set short- and long-term goals to create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
