With a background in weight loss nutrition, budget-friendly meal planning, and supporting individuals with diabetes—whether as adults, during pregnancy, or beyond—I'm dedicated to helping my clients lead healthier lives. I believe that eating should be enjoyable and that every food can fit into a balanced diet.

I enjoy helping clients make small, manageable adjustments that can lead to significant, lasting changes.
