About Ana

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 12 years of clinical experience and a strong research background. My professional work has included supporting individuals with chronic medical conditions and providing nutrition care in dialysis units, memory care communities, and rehabilitation facilities. I also have extensive experience in managing complex food allergies and implementing nutrition interventions for individuals with moderate to severe eczema. For the past six years, I have specialized in addressing the unique nutritional challenges of neurodivergent individuals, with a particular focus on Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD). This area of practice is both professional and personal, inspired by my journey as a caregiver to a child on the autism spectrum. This perspective allows me to approach care with both clinical expertise and deep understanding of family dynamics. I have completed the SOS Approach to Feeding® professional training.

Approach to care

My passion for nutrition and dietetics stems from my love of science and food combined with my family's lifelong dedication to education. I take a compassionate and individualized approach to care. I focus on evidenced based strategies that create lasting change. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and practical tools to improve you or your loved one's quality of life.

Your first session with Ana

Our first appointment is all about you. Think of it as a conversation, not an exam. We'll review your medical history, lab work and biometrics, and start to map out short-term goals. We'll explore your relationship with food, daily routines, and what has or hasn't worked before. No need to have everything figured out ahead of time; we’ll co-create a small, realistic plan to get you moving in the right direction. The space is supportive and nonjudgmental, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
