About Anastasia
I am a compassionate Registered Dietitian who strives to bring enjoyment back to food in a world filled with diet culture. I work with a variety of conditions including mental health from various levels of care including PHP, Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), and outpatient settings. I also enjoy working with adolescents and their families.
Approach to care
I will meet you where you are on your journey of health and nutrition. I strongly believe everyone needs an individualized approach to their care, and strive to make that the focus during our work together. I practice from a anti-diet, Health at Every Size®, and intuitive eating approach to help heal your relationship with food and body. I also provide a safe and non-judgmental space.
Your first session with Anastasia
In our first session, you can expect a relaxed session. We will spend the majority of the time getting to know you as whole, where you are in your journey with food and body, and where you would like to be. By the end of the session, we will determine sustainable goals that fit your needs and desires, and establish small steps to achieve it in your timeline or current lifestyle.
