About Andie
Hi, I’m Andie, a Registered and licensed Dietitian. I specialize in helping busy individuals improve their energy, feel more confident with food, and achieve sustainable weight management without extreme or restrictive diets. I focus on practical nutrition strategies that fit into real life and support long-term success. Outside of work, I love spending time at the beach, taking fitness classes, and trying new recipes.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should feel supportive, realistic, and empowering. My approach is individualized and focused on building consistent habits that support weight goals, steady energy, and overall well-being. Rather than quick fixes or all-or-nothing plans, we’ll work on balanced meals, structure, and small changes that make a meaningful difference over time. I aim to provide clear guidance, education, and accountability in a judgment-free space so you feel confident applying what you learn outside of our sessions.
Your first session with Andie
Our first session is all about getting to know you, your goals, daily routine, current challenges, and what’s feeling hardest right now. We’ll identify priorities, clarify expectations, and begin creating a realistic plan that supports your energy and weight management goals. There’s no pressure to be perfect. We’ll take things step by step and focus on building a foundation that feels manageable, motivating, and sustainable.
