About Andre

I am a Certified and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach. Even at 13, I was already passionate about nutrition and fitness. I knew I wanted to be a coach before I even turned 18. As soon as I got my feet wet with personal training I wanted to be even more valuable to my clients by providing sound nutrition counseling. For me, it’s about constantly challenging myself to be the best I can be. For everyone else it is about impacting people’s lives; guiding them towards a better, longer, healthier life.

Approach to care

Nutrition and fitness is not about going through the motions and counting reps/counting calories, it’s about making a decision to change your life and taking the necessary steps to make it happen. It’s about finding the right balance. Together we will work to create personalized and effective nutrition and fitness plans, to help guide you towards your goals. I will challenge you in new and different ways and ensure that these goals are within your means. We’ll work together to develop a personalized lifestyle program just for you.
