About Andrea

Hi, I'm Andrea, a bilingual registered dietitian passionate about helping people achieve their best self. With a strong foundation in evidence based nutrition and a compassionate, personalized approach, I work with clients to create realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes. Whether you're managing a medical condition or just looking to feel your best, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and science. I believe in meeting clients where they are, respecting their unique background, lifestyle, and relationship with food. I'm here to walk alongside you giving evidence based guidance and realistic strategies. Together, we will build a foundation of balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and achievable goals that promote lasting health and confidence without the stress or guilt.

Your first session with Andrea

Your first nutrition session is all about you. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your goals, lifestyle, medical history, eating habits, and any challenges you may be facing. The first session typically lasts about 60 minutes and you don't need to bring anything special, but feel free to have ready any recent lab work, list of medications, and a food diary if you have one.
