About Andrea
Hi, I'm Andrea! I received my MS in Human Nutrition form Texas A&M University β Kingsville and have been a practicing registered dietitian for a little over 6 years. I have experience with general nutrition, weight management, and nutrition support. For the past year and a half, I have had the pleasure of taking care of NICU graduates, ensuring they continue to thrive. I cannot wait to meet you!
Approach to care
My approach to care is always with you in mind. My goal is for us to work together, identify your needs, preferences, and values so that we can work together to achieve the best health outcomes. I utilize evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy and education that will help reach your goals.
Your first session with Andrea
In your first session with me, we will start out by building rapport and trust. We will go through a comprehensive assessment in which I will ask a lot of questions in regard to your medical/nutrition history, lifestyle and habits so we can develop a personalized plan to help you reach your health goals.
