About Andrea
Hello :) I’m Andrea. With over 18 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics, I’ve served in clinical and hospital settings, private practice, corporate wellness, community health, home health and treatment centers amongst others. I’m grateful for the chance to combine science with real-life meals, whether I’m helping someone navigate a hospital stay, design a workplace wellness plan, or support a family at home. You’ll find me in the kitchen, baking or cooking, and on the mat with a little yoga. I’m proud to be an RD, RDN, and LD, committed to evidence-based care that feels compassionate and doable every day. I love helping new patients navigate nutrition and discover how small, steady steps can add up to lasting change.

My care philosophy is a partnership built on trust, curiosity, and action. I ground our plan in current science and practical strategies, and I approach food with a Health At Every Size, non-diet perspective. I’m warm and nonjudgmental, meeting you where you are and valuing your story. We’ll translate goals into concrete steps, with clear expectations and accountability. I also see the bigger picture: sleep, stress, movement, and relationships all influence nourishment. Through education, you’ll feel confident making choices that fit your life for the long term.
Your first session with Andrea
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, discuss your goals, and look at any recent labs or biometrics to inform our plan. You don’t need to have it all figured out; this is a collaborative, nonjudgmental conversation. We’ll spend time exploring your relationship with food and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. Together we’ll draft a simple, personalized meal plan and set 1–2 short-term goals to start. You’ll leave with clarity, support, and a path you feel confident following.
