About Andrea
Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian from sunny South Florida with both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition from Florida State University. I am passionate about helping people build a healthy, balanced relationship with food and skipping the fad diets - just realistic, sustainable habits. Whether you are looking to improve your overall nutrition, break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting, or simply feel more confident in your eating habits, I am here to guide you without judgement. I focus on intuitive eating and long-term wellness and I am here to understand your needs and to support you in creating a lifestyle that works for you.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition is all about balance, sustainability, and building a healthy relationship with food that lasts a lifetime and not just for a season. I focus on helping my clients find what works best for them through a supportive, laid-back and personalized approach. My goal is to truly understand your lifestyle, challenges, and goals so we can create a plan that feels good and works long term.
Your first session with Andrea
Your first session with me is all about you. I want to take the time to get to know you as a whole person which may include exploring what a typical day looks like for you. This is not just meals and snacks, but also your routines, interests, challenges, and what truly matters to you. We'll talk about your food preferences, cultural or lifestyle factors, any concerns or frustrations you've had around eating or health, and what you hope to get out of working together. Whether you're here for guidance, support, or simply a fresh perspective, this is a space to speak openly and feel heard. There is no judgment here, just curiosity, collaboration, and compassion. Together, we’ll start building a plan that fits your life.
