About Andrea

Hello, I’m Andrea—a Registered Dietitian (RDN), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with 15+ years of experience. Nutrition changed my life: I lost 54 pounds as a kid, but that journey wasn’t all positive—I also developed disordered eating. I know how complicated our relationship with food can be, and how it feels to be stuck in that cycle. After having children, I faced the challenge of weight loss again and ultimately lost 45 pounds. Over time, I rebuilt a healthier, more balanced approach, and now I use that lived experience—together with my professional training—to support others. I specialize in cardiometabolic health—including diabetes, heart health, weight management, gut health, and overall wellness. The way I work is realistic, supportive, and rooted in evidence—I keep it simple: no fads, no extremes—just real life.

Approach to care

I take a holistic approach to nutrition, looking at the full picture of your health, lifestyle, and goals—because wellness should work in real life, not just on paper. My style is supportive, realistic, and always personalized. We’ll start by getting clear on your goals, then build a plan that aligns with your lifestyle—using evidence-based nutrition and habit-building strategies that actually fit into your day-to-day. Whether you're working toward sustainable weight loss, managing diabetes, improving heart health, or supporting your gut, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—and make it achievable. My goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and empowered—with a plan that’s sustainable, realistic, and created just for you.

Your first session with Andrea

In our first session, we’ll talk about your health history, routines, and what’s working—or not—for you. We’ll identify your goals, begin to work through any roadblocks, and create a realistic plan tailored to your life. You’ll leave with a clear action plan, practical guidance, and the confidence to move forward. Whether you're working on improving your health, building better habits, or just looking for support—I’m here to help.

Hobbies

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife of 14 years and mom to two amazing girls. I love beach days, snorkeling, the occasional fishing trip—and I’m always up for some poolside lounging. Cooking, creating new recipes, exploring beauty and wellness, and traveling with my family are a few of my favorite ways to recharge.
