“I have had a great experience with Andrea so far! I have mainly wanted to focus on nutrition education for myself. To learn how to create balanced meals without dedicating all of my time to calculating this, that and the other. After 1.5 months, I already feel like I am well on my way to shifting my lifestyle eating habits to healthier options without being paranoid about what I am eating. Andrea is super knowledgeable and has provided a lot of great lists and handouts! I am so happy with her!“

“I have had good luck with my dietitian Andrea Parman! I hope this is seen on reviews. She listens intently to my needs and very specifically adds to the list of goals, which feel manageable. I never feel judged and I feel refreshed with knowledge and resources. Due to my ADHD, I can be forgetful so the visual goal list and the handouts she emails me are very helpful. This is helping me be mindful about a balanced diet without going overboard with fad diets. Cheers! “
