About Andrea

Hi there! I'm Andrea, a registered dietitian with over 5 years of experience in helping people achieve their nutrition goals. My passion lies in guiding individuals to personalize their nutrition journeys, making healthy living both achievable and enjoyable. Outside of my work, I love to spend my time baking delicious treats, diving into a good book, and exploring new places with my husband. I’m also a huge dog lover, and I will hopefully be getting a dog very soon! I believe in the power of a balanced lifestyle, and I’m dedicated to supporting others on their path to feeling their best, one meal at a time!

Approach to care

I know how exhausting it is to try every diet out there and still feel like nothing sticks. As a dietitian, I believe nutrition should be personal—because what works for someone else might not work for you. I’m not here to hand you strict rules or a perfect plan. I’m here to help you understand the why and how behind your food choices, so they actually make sense and feel doable. We’ll make small, realistic tweaks that fit your life—not fight it. You’ll get support, encouragement, and a way of eating that finally feels right for you.

Your first session with Andrea

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I want to learn about you and your big goals! We’ll talk about what’s important to you and what you hope to work on. At the end of the session, we’ll pick a couple of small steps you can take to start moving toward your goal. It’s all about starting simple and working together!
