About Andrea
Hello! I'm Andrea and I look forward to helping you or your child meet your goals! I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years and have worked with patients throughout the life cycle. I have a wealth of experience working with infants in the NICU and with children with GI issues. I'm eager to help you achieve sustainable wellness through basic principles of nutrition, mindful eating, exercise, and realistic expectations.
Approach to care
compassionate, mindful, patient centered, collaborative, open, individualized, set obtainable short term goals to help meet ultimate goal
Your first session with Andrea
At our first session, you will tell me all about yourself or your child, what brings you to the session, and what goals you have. I will gather information about your (or your child's) medical and nutritional histories. We will have an open, honest, and respectful discussion to determine the best solutions to optimize your health together. I will provide any helpful resources or educational handouts. I'll address any questions or concerns you have and then we'll discuss follow up appointments.
