About Andrea
I am a Registered Dietitian with 7+ years experience who is passionate about educating you on the importance of nutrition and helping you to achieve your health goals. Balance is key. Eating shouldn't be a difficult decision, and we should all enjoy the food we eat. I excel at connecting with diverse populations and providing small simple changes which reap huge health benefits. I strive to make nutrition more simple and sustainable. In a world of fad and non-science based diets, my education and training have given me all the tools to guide you to be successful on your nutrition journey.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition is person-centered and non-judgmental. I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized, enjoyable eating plan that honors your lifestyle and culture. The goal is to build a positive relationship with food, reduce "food noise," and guide you toward sustainable, long-term health improvements.
Your first session with Andrea
In your first session, I will get to know all about YOU. We will talk through your nutrition habits and what a day of eating look like for you. We will discuss your relationship with food, any medical history, exercise habits, and digestive issues. We will work together to make a personalized nutrition plan that will help you be successful in achieving your health goals.
