About Andrea
As a registered dietitian I am passionate about the role nutrition plays in supporting and enhancing our health and wellness. It’s important to me that food is considered not only as fuel for our bodies, but also celebrated for the impact it has socially and culturally.
Approach to care
I take a food first, weight neutral approach based on your personal goals. Think of your goal being at the top of a staircase. Together, we'll determine the steps to move up that staircase in a sustainable manner to reach your goal. I'll be along with you every step of the way, encouraging and empowering you.
Your first session with Andrea
During our first session, you can expect a lot of getting to know each other, both me of you and you of me! It's important to me to understand who you are as a whole human, your priorities in life, and how we can come up with a nutrition plan together that will fit you.
