About Andrea
I'm an enthusiastic, forever optimistic dietitian with a passion for helping people accomplish their goals. I love working with patients who are interested in making sustainable lifestyle changes, healing disordered relationships with food, fueling for sports performance, or anyone looking to incorporate more vegan and plant based foods into their life. I believe in the power of food as fuel, connection, cultural expression, and joy. A well fed person is a powerful person!
Approach to care
My approach as a dietitian is weight-neutral and anti-diet. The focus with my clients is on intuitive eating and finding joyful movement in a non-judgemental space. I will meet you wherever you are at and ensure you feel safe and supported through our time together. I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive and love working with diverse clients from all walks of life.
Your first session with Andrea
In our first session, we will spend time talking about your lifestyle, history, typical eating patterns, and what you're hoping to accomplish by working with a dietitian. Before the end of the first session, we'll set realistic goals together to work on before our next session. In later sessions, we'll talk about how things are going and adjust goals accordingly. There's no such thing as failure- only helpful feedback! My goal is to be a helpful partner and provide accountability in your journey to accomplishing your biggest goals.
