About Andrea
I have 25+ years of experience as a registered dietitian in clinical and outpatient settings. Throughout this time, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients/clients. I enjoy giving people the tools to feel better and improve their health.
Approach to care
I will meet you where you are on your journey to improve your health and will provide the support and encouragement you need to meet your goals. Through our time together, we will identify opportunities for change and assess what actions are appropriate to help you meet your goals.
Your first session with Andrea
During our first session, we will get to know each other. I would like to learn about what is important to you, your lifestyle, eating habits and wellness goals. Together we will set realistic, achievable goals that align with your priorities. I may provide tailored, practical tips or strategies that you can start implementing right away. We will discuss a plan for follow up sessions, ongoing support, and any tools that can help you stay on track.
