With experience in clinical and public health nutrition, I have expertise in areas like maternal and child health and diabetes management. Your first session with Andrea

In our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other and building a relationship. We'll talk about your diet history and what a typical day of eating looks like for you, food preferences, knowledge of nutrition, stress levels, medical history, lifestyle habits, your physical activity level and discuss your health-related goals. This initial session is all about laying a strong foundation for our journey together. By the end of the session, we'll have a plan for what to expect for upcoming sessions and end with actionable steps to get started. We'll take things one session at a time working together to overcome challenges and keeping you on track with your health goals.
