About Andrew

For most of my life, I struggled with being overweight and even obese. I know what it feels like to feel stuck, frustrated, and unsure where to turn. But through small, consistent changes with food and exercise, I created not just a healthier body, but a healthier relationship with myself. That transformation opened doors I never thought possible. What started with learning how to simply lose weight, turned into a passion for sports: first weightlifting, and now training for triathlon. Along the way, I’ve found not only strength and endurance, but also confidence, connection, and vitality for showing up for the people in my life. Becoming a Registered Dietitian was a natural next step. This was a clear way to take my personal transformation and use it to support others on their own paths. My approach is compassionate, realistic, evidence-based, and rooted in understanding that health isn’t linear or about perfection, but rather building habits that help drive change.

Approach to care

My approach is flexible and tailored to each client. For some, that might mean structured tools like macro tracking to build awareness and accountability. For others, it’s about making small, realistic changes that fit naturally into daily life. When more guidance is needed, I also create personalized meal plans that provide structure while still leaving room for flexibility and enjoyment. No matter the method, my goal is to help you develop habits that are sustainable, supportive of your health goals, and NOT restrictive. I believe all foods fit!

Your first session with Andrew

In our first session, my priority is getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals, but also about your challenges, motivations, and what has (or hasn’t) worked for you in the past. This helps me understand not just where you are today, but where you want to go. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels realistic and personalized. That might include identifying small changes you can make right away, discussing whether tools like macro tracking or meal planning might be helpful, and setting clear, achievable goals for our work together.
