About Andria

Holding a Master’s of Science in Nutrition and a culinary degree, I'm a Registered Dietitian with a unique blend of clinical perspective and culinary knowledge. My diverse experience, as a Dietitian, spans working with Veterans, psychiatric patients, long-term care residents, and individuals in cardiac rehab, where I’ve led both cooking and nutrition classes. I bring a hands-on, heart-smart approach to preventive health, rooted in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of cardiovascular wellness. My background as a professional cook, Sommelier, and former banking professional adds a rich layer of real-world insight to my work—making nutrition not only accessible, but deeply personal and practical.

Approach to care

My approach emphasizes sustainable lifestyle changes, and the joy of food as medicine. I bring a science-forward, heart-smart approach to every client interaction. My practice is grounded in the latest research, and I actively pursue continuing education to stay at the forefront of nutrition science. I take a personalized, evidence-based approach to nutrition, using lab values as a vital tool to guide care strategies and tailor recommendations. Lab work helps me uncover underlying patterns and track progress with precision—whether it’s lipid panels, micronutrient levels, or metabolic markers. I also love teaching patients about the role of micronutrients in heart health and overall wellness. My goal is to make the science approachable and actionable, so each person feels informed, empowered, and supported in their journey toward prevention and vitality.

Your first session with Andria

During our initial meeting, we'll focus on getting to know you—your personality, lifestyle, and preferences. This information-gathering session is key to understanding what you enjoy, your current habits, and any dislikes. We'll discuss your exercise routine and other factors that shape your daily life. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and sets you up for success. Most importantly, I’ll be your cheerleader throughout this journey—celebrating your wins, supporting you through challenges, and helping you build a plan that feels authentic, sustainable, and empowering. “As a dietitian, I understand that navigating aging, mental health, and nutrition isn’t always easy—even for those of us trained in it. I bring compassion and real-world perspective to my care, because I’ve seen firsthand how personal these challenges can be.”
