About Angela
Hi, I’m Angela, a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience. I earned my bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Concordia College. Over the years I’ve provided care in clinical and hospital settings, dialysis centers and community health. When I’m not working, I love hiking, working out, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with my family and friends.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is rooted in evidence-based science and the belief that health can be pursued in a compassionate, weight-neutral way. I approach nutrition with HAES principles and an empathetic, warm style, meeting you exactly where you are in your health journey without judgment. We’ll set realistic, sustainable goals and translate research into practical steps you can actually follow. You can expect a holistic approach that honors your values, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing.
Your first session with Angela
Our first appointment is all about you. We will review your medical history and lab work if available, and we’ll do a deep dive into your relationship with food. Together, we’ll establish short-term goals and begin crafting a personalized meal plan that fits your life. This is a low pressure, non judgmental space where you don’t need to have it all figured out yet. I want you to feel supported as we start this collaborative journey toward sustainable change.
